Partner Payment & Refund Policy

General guidance on payments, cancellation and refund enquiries, and contract changes for customer Partners contracting with GBP.

Scope and services

Payments in the GBP Portal are payments to GLOBAL BRIDGE PARTNERS (주식회사 글로벌브릿지파트너스, GBP) by customer Partners under their business agreements with GBP. Payments to employers or suppliers are outside the scope of this payment service. This arrangement does not authorize passing costs to applicants or workers where prohibited by applicable law.

Services include the preliminary review, document transmission and coordination, and program support specified in the applicable agreement. Check that agreement and mutually confirmed written information for the service scope, start conditions, provision period and milestones. Government and employer assessment schedules and decisions are not outcomes guaranteed by GBP.

Before you pay

Review the agreement, agreed amendments or addenda, and billing details for the relevant Partner, program and case. The total price, billing currency, number of instalments, milestone amounts and due conditions, service period, taxes, separate charges, and cancellation and refund terms vary by agreement. A single instalment schedule or refund percentage does not apply to every program.

If you cannot access your agreement or refund terms, or the bill differs from the agreement, ask GBP to clarify before paying. An invoice or website notice alone does not change an existing contract. Check the available payment methods, amount and currency in the payment screen or GBP’s written instructions; confirm any card or bank currency conversion with your issuer.

Cancellation and refunds

Termination, cancellation, refund eligibility, amounts, deductions and processing deadlines are assessed under the applicable agreement and law. The services already provided, the reason for cancellation and supporting records may affect the outcome. This notice introduces no blanket refund percentage, additional deduction or non-refundable condition.

After reviewing a request, GBP will explain the applicable basis, refund calculation, any permitted deductions and processing timetable in writing. Mandatory refund obligations and deadlines apply where required by law. Card refunds are normally processed through the original payment method; if that is unavailable, a lawful alternative will be confirmed. The card issuer or bank may take additional time to post a processed refund.

Enquiries and refund requests

Contact the official email address or phone number below with your Partner company name, agreement or case reference, invoice or transaction reference, and reason for the request. GBP will review the request and explain any further information needed and the next steps. Please report duplicate payments or incorrect charges through the same contact details.

Do not send a full card number, card security code, account password, or unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information through email or general enquiries. If further documents are needed for a refund review, GBP will explain the required scope and submission method separately.

Updates and existing agreements

GBP may update this guidance when its procedures or applicable law change, with an effective date shown on the page. A website update alone does not retrospectively change an existing agreement’s price, payment schedule, refund terms or rights that have already arisen.

Changes to an existing agreement follow its amendment procedure and any required agreement of the parties. The applicable agreement and agreed amendments govern, subject to mandatory law. Neither this notice nor a contract limits rights, remedies or GBP’s liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Making an enquiry or refund request does not itself waive any rights.
