01Privacy notice
The applicant first-check form asks only for basic details needed for an initial review, such as your name, contact details, country, nationality, age range, education, work experience, English level and program interest. This public website does not accept passport or ID uploads, payments or formal Case files. Do not send passport numbers, ID documents, bank details, medical information or other sensitive data in your first message. GBP keeps information only for the reason it was collected and for as long as the law or a dispute requires.
02Analytics choice
Only when a visitor allows analytics, GBP uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to aggregate visitor counts, broad geography, device, acquisition, page interest, and conversion events. GBP does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, Applicant, Case, Agreement or Organization identifiers, sensitive immigration information, precise location, or detailed IP addresses as Analytics events. Declining analytics does not affect applications, enquiries, login, or Portal work, and the choice can be changed at any time through Analytics settings.
03Immigration information
The information on this site is general. It is not legal or immigration advice. Visa rules, job lists, pay rules, government fees and application rules can change. Check the latest rules with the government and a licensed immigration adviser before you act.
04Job information
Jobs, pay, work hours, number of workers and hiring status can change or stop. We do not show the employer's name until we have permission. A job card on this site is not a job offer or work contract.
05No promises
GBP does not promise a visa, work approval, a final job, a decision date, residence or any other immigration result. The employer and government make the final decisions.
