Please read these notices before you use our job or program information, or send information to GBP.
The applicant first-check form collects basic information for an initial review, including name, contact details, country, nationality, age range, education, work experience, English level and program interest. Public enquiry forms are not payment forms or formal case-document submission channels. Do not send passport numbers, identity documents, financial details, medical information or other sensitive data in your first message.
The authenticated Partner Portal processes account and contact information, agreements and signatures, case documents, and invoice, payment and refund records according to user permissions and the relevant work. These records support account administration, contract performance, case coordination, transaction verification, enquiries and disputes. Enter card details only in a dedicated payment screen when provided; do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords by email or general enquiry.
Information is managed according to the period needed for its purpose and applicable legal retention requirements. Records with a continuing basis for retention, such as a legal duty or an ongoing dispute, may be retained until that basis ends. Contact GBP through its official email or phone to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. After verifying your identity or authority, GBP will handle the request under applicable law and explain any restriction on fulfilling it.
Only when a visitor allows analytics, GBP uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to aggregate visitor counts, broad geography, device, acquisition, page interest, and conversion events. GBP does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, Applicant, Case, Agreement or Organization identifiers, sensitive immigration information, precise location, or detailed IP addresses as Analytics events. Declining analytics does not affect applications, enquiries, login, or Portal work, and the choice can be changed at any time through Analytics settings.
